Motorcoaches, hotel shuttles and taxis picking up and dropping off passengers at the Hotel Shuttle and Motorcoach Area are no longer required to stop at the Security Inspection Station. Motorcoaches, hotel shuttles and taxis may drop off and pick up passengers near the North entrance of Mall of America® at the Hotel Shuttle and Motorcoach Area off Lindau Lane. Passengers enter the Mall at the North entrance. Motorcoach parking is free and is located across Lindau Lane.

All vehicles delivering or picking up goods at the Mall of America must first submit their vehicles for inspection at the Mall of America Security Inspection Station, located North of the mall. Media vehicles must also submit their vehicles for inspection at the Security Inspection Station. To easily access the Mall of America Inspection Station from highway 494, exit 24^th Avenue and turn South (toward Mall of America). Turn right at the first traffic light past highway 494 (formerly 79^th Street). The entrance for the Inspection Station is on the left hand side.
